  • ABOUT

  • Are you looking for a speaker who cares about how it all turns out? You’ve come to the right place.

    Hi, I’m Eric LeBaron.

I’m the third of 9 children…8 boys and 1 girl. I grew up in a small town in Southern Utah. My parents kept me and my siblings busy doing chores like milking the cow, taking care of chickens, weeding in a huge vegetable garden, pruning trees, picking fruit, mowing lawns, etc. I also participated in extra curricular activities including cross country, football, band, drama, and debate.

During my high school years, my family accepted a Native American placement student and two of my cousins into our home. This provided many firsthand experiences living with people who had the deck stacked against them. My two cousins had been adopted, parents divorced and remarried with conflict over kids…The native American boy came from an environment of dishonesty and drug abuse…I’ve watched all three of them over the years and learned some valuable lessons about personal choices and accountability.

  • I fell in love with my high school sweetheart. We were married in 1996. She is the love of my life. She is also an example of a person that has overcome the odds and created a great life. Her childhood was full of uncertainty and heartache when her parents split up and she ended up being raised by her grandparents. When we look at our 6 sweet children, our home in a nice neighborhood, the great people we are surrounded by, our hearts are filled with sweet happiness. Our choices through the years have definitely helped stack the deck for ourselves and our children.

I earned my Bachelors’ degree in Technology Education from Southern Utah University in Cedar City. I taught high school for three years where I was again able to interact with hundreds of young people and watch their lives develop. Since then, I have worked as a production supervisor, trainer, process improvement analyst, and internal software development. Moving into public speaking puts me back where I really want to be. I love to work with people. I want to share hope and vision of the possibility of a great life.

  • My Family

  • The greatest joys in my life come from my wonderful family. My wife, Cindy, is a stay at home mom. She is the light of my life. When she's happy, the whole family is happy! Along with the huge workload of running a home like ours, she is making a creative contribution to the world with her business Heartfelt Feet, where she makes custom painted canvas shoes. It's a joy to see the creations she makes.

We have 6 wonderful children, 2 boys and 4 girls. Our two youngest come from backgrounds of abuse, neglect, and drug abuse. We have had the privilege of adopting them into our family, and love to see the progress they are making.
